Pressure Issue Affecting HP22 Area

Monday 06th October 2025

Latest update: 8.20pm

Repair work has been completed and water is expected back to all households in the area within the next 1 to 1 & a half hours.  We are also organising a water station on the land to the north of Armstrongs Fields, Bierton, Aylesbury HP22 7BR as we recognise that some customers have been without water for some time. Thank you again for your patience and understanding whilst we restore your water supply.

Our next update is expected on the morning of Tuesday 07th October 2025.

5:50pm

Work is underway to isolate the network in order to complete the required repairs. You may experience no water over the next few hours even if you have had water all day. We are working to restore supplies as soon as we can and we are hopeful this will be this evening. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide a further update on details and timings of bottled water station locations, if required.

Our next update is expected at around 8.00pm.

4.00pm

The upstream issue that caused the high-pressure surge on Sunday has now been resolved, and repair work on that part of the network has been completed.

Our teams are continuing work to repair the secondary issue – the bursts to local pipes caused by the earlier surge. We are aiming for a full resolution to the current no-water problem this evening, though this depends on progress with these complex repairs.  Our teams will remain on site to continue to monitor the situation once water is restored.

As a precaution, arrangements have been confirmed to set up bottled water stations if some customers remain without water later tonight.

Our next update is expected at around 6:00 pm, when we will share further information on the progress of repairs and, if needed, details and timings of bottled water station locations.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we continue to work to restore normal service.

12:34pm

We are aware that there is little to no water within some areas of Kingsbrook. We have engineers on site who are continuing to investigate the issue. Our teams have already taken steps to reduce pressure on the network, and investigations will continue throughout the day.

You may notice traffic management underway on Bellingham Way to help with the works that are taking place.

If you have an internal leak, please note that Leep Utilities is unable to assist — you will need to contact your landlord, developer, or a private plumber for further support.

Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
