What do I do if I’m experiencing issues with my water or waste water services?
Please contact us on 0300 373 3540 to report any emergency with your water or wastewater services or to report pollution incidents
We offer a 24-hour service and if required, we will arrange for our on call personnel to visit
It is worth checking if your neighbours are experiencing the same issue – if the problem is unique to your property you may need to contact your letting agent, landlord or a local plumbing engineer.
Please do not report emergencies or loss of supply via our online forms or email; these are not monitored 24/7 and therefore your issue may not be immediately picked up.

What do I do if I’m experiencing a power cut?
For Electrical Supplies, you will need to telephone 105 to report a fault.
Our approach in all circumstances is to provide a safe and secure electricity distribution system, however networks can experience faults which cause interruptions to our customers’ electricity supply.
If a network fault should occur and as a result you experience a loss of your electricity supply, please report the incident to us, or any other concern you may have regarding our electricity distribution system or your electricity meter, at any time of the day or night,
