Thames Water will be carrying out an emergency and essential repair in the surrounding area commencing this evening. This will involve isolating the main that supplies our network, which means the water supply into the Kingsbrook development will be temporarily managed differently.
To ensure all residents continue to have access to water during this period, we will be using water tankers to feed directly into the network. This will allow you to maintain normal access to water for your day-to-day activities.
You may notice occasional slight drops in water pressure or flow, and there is a minor possibility of cloudy water. These issues should be minimal and short-lived. If you do experience cloudy water, please run your tap for a few minutes until it runs clear.
We anticipate that the network will be fully restored to normal operation by Monday, 15th September.
