NAV Project Win – Fairview New Homes, Rainbow Industrial Estate, Raynes Park

Project overview

  • Project Name: Rainbow Industrial Estate
  • Client: Fairview Estates (Housing)
  • Location: Raynes Park, London
  • Sector: Residential housing

We’re pleased to announce another exciting NAV project win for Leep Utilities with Fairview New Homes at the Rainbow Industrial Estate in Raynes Park, London.

This scheme will see us adopt and operate the water network serving 294 high-quality residential apartments, including duplexes and townhouses. The development will feature a community-led landscaping approach, with excellent communal gardens and shared amenity spaces, with 10% of homes designed as wheelchair-accessible units.

Fairview New Homes has been building homes across London and the Southeast since 1961, with a strong track record of delivering much-needed housing, primarily for first-time buyers and ‘second steppers’. With over 440 housing sites developed, and an average of 750 homes delivered each year, Fairview is renowned for its commitment to regeneration and the reclamation of brownfield sites, helping to provide the new homes that communities need.

Following our previous success with Fairview, this project win strengthens our growing partnership and marks continued progress in key Thames Water areas.

Stuart Plumridge, Business Development Manager at Leep Utilities, said:

“It’s fantastic to be continuing our partnership with Fairview New Homes on another exciting project in a key Thames region. Our collaboration with Chris Cogan and the Fairview team is building real momentum, and this latest scheme is a testament to the trust and shared ambition between our businesses.”

Another great result for the team as we continue to expand our footprint across London and the Southeast.
