Latest COVID-19 Statement - June

Leep Utilities remains committed to providing vital utilities services during these exceptionally challenging times. We continue to serve our existing customers whilst also providing essential connections to support critical developments and infrastructure.

We are following the most up to date guidance from the Government and Public Health England and have implemented new protocols in line with their recommendations. These protocols are frequently reviewed and adjusted where necessary, as the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority. To maintain our vital utility services, we continue to undertake essential maintenance work, however routine operations will be postponed to protect our employees and customers and will be rescheduled in line with government guidelines.

In light of the government’s most recent advice encouraging construction sites to open, we will ensure that our team are available to attend these sites where necessary. We have undertaken thorough risk assessments to minimise any risk to our employees or others working on site and will continue to adhere to the Government’s PPE and social distancing guidelines.  The majority of our employees will continue working remotely, with our offices remaining open for essential business only. We’re incredibly proud of how our teams have adapted to working from home and continue to provide a high level of service to our customers.
