  • Location: Nine Elms, London

Our role

With the relocation of the US Embassy to the area, and the nearby regeneration of Battersea Power Station, Embassy Gardens is the centerpiece of this new district in the centre of London. We worked closely with Ballymore and their partners to ensure that the water utility component of the original Embassy Gardens was delivered effectively and efficiently.

“Having been heavily involved in the original project, we are delighted to have been further selected as the NAV for the extension project. It’s an immense source of pride knowing that it is Leep Utilities who are delivering the water in the taps right through to the water in the swimming pool.”
Nicky Standen, Business Development Manager, at Leep Utilities.

This further win highlights our continued success in partnering with developers who value competitive, customer-focused alternatives over traditional Water utility offerings. We’re proud to help bring these new communities to life and watch as they flourish.
