About us
Leep Utilities was established in April 2017 as a joint venture between Ancala Partners LLP, an independent investment management firm and The Peel Group, one of the UK’s leading private real estate and infrastructure investment companies.
With offices in Salford and Reading, we own and manage utility networks, including electricity, hot and cold water, heating, and cooling services. Some of our notable projects include Media City UK, Battersea Power Station, and Liverpool Waters, serving a mix of residential and commercial developments.
We have over 150,000 connected or waiting to be connected customers so you are in good company.
Frequently asked questions
Is the water supplied by Leep Utilities the same as the regional supplier’s?
Yes, the water comes from the same source as the regional supplier and is identical in quality.
Why am I with Leep Utilities instead of the regional supplier?
Your developer has selected Leep Utilities as the independent water and sewerage supplier for your development.
Will my charges differ from the regional supplier’s rates?
No, you will be charged the same as you would by the regional supplier.
Can I switch to another water supplier?
No, as is standard practice, switching water and sewerage providers is not an option.
Can I provide additional meter readings?
Yes, you can provide readings anytime. However, Leep Utilities bills quarterly. If you submit a reading after receiving an estimated bill, we will generate an updated, accurate bill.
How do I set up my account with Leep Utilities?

Yes, we provide the same services and an online portal for easy account management.

No. The water quality and rates remain the same. The only difference is that Leep Utilities will handle your billing and customer service needs.
Is Leep Utilities’ customer service UK-based?
