Recently, our teams across the business took part in Wellbeing Week, a dedicated fixture in our calendar to pause, connect, and focus on what really matters: the physical, mental, and financial wellbeing of our colleagues.
Here’s a look back at what we got up to:
Movement Monday
We kicked things off by encouraging everyone to step away from their screens and get moving. From lunchtime walks (with a well-earned coffee on us!) to physio opportunities in Manchester and Reading, colleagues embraced the chance to prioritise their physical health and reset for the week ahead.
Midweek Mindfulness
On Wednesday, the focus shifted to mental wellbeing. Teams shared positive messages through our Cezanne Kudos feature, simple moments of recognition that go a long way in creating a supportive workplace. We also shared a library of webinars that explore practical ways to protect and strengthen our mental health.
Financial Friday
We closed the week with a valuable financial wellbeing session delivered by NatWest. Colleagues tuned in to strengthen their financial confidence, learning how to budget effectively, plan for the future, and make informed money decisions.
