Canary Wharf Loss of supply

04/04/2022- 17:00- We have now removed the generators and reconnected all customers. If you are experiencing any further outages, please contact us.

01/04/2022- 16:00- We are now in a position to remove the generators and reconnect customers to their normal substation supplies. We have arranged to do this swap over this evening between 18:00 and 20:00. Our customers will experience a very short loss of supply during this period. It is estimated this changeover work will take around 10 minutes to achieve.

30/03/2022- 14:15- We are very sorry about the incident in wood wharf yesterday, power has now been restored, but if you are experiencing any further issues to please contact us.

29/03/2022- 19:30- At approximately 1pm today UKPN experienced a catastrophic network failure resulting in the loss of supply in Canary Wharf and surrounding area’s including the Leep Network.

We are working with UKPN and our support services to deploy generation in order to restore supplies as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to give an estimated timeframe for supply restoration at this time.

We would recommend that those that are able to seek temporary accommodation with family or friends do so, until supplies are restored.

Some buildings, shops and dwellings still have power and residents may be able to purchase meals and hot drinks locally.
