Water – Southern Water message to customers in SO22 postcode

We have been made aware that Southern Water have sent communications to customers in the Barton Farm area. We believe this has been sent in error. We are investigating this matter with Southern Water and we will contact customers directly if any action is needed. Whilst we conduct our investigations, you can continue to use your water as normal. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Water – Notice of planned works in PO19 postcode

We will be completing planned works in the Graylingwell Park area from 11pm on Wednesday 2nd September 2026. We expect works to be completed by 5am on Thursday 3rd September on on the same day. During this time, you may experience an interruption to your water supply. To prepare for this temporary interruption, we recommend filling any kettles, jugs or containers you may need in advance.
If the supply is interrupted, when your water returns it may be discoloured or you may experience air in the pipes – this is normal. If you do experience this, please run the cold water tap nearest to your stopcock (usually in the kitchen) for a few minutes until the water runs clear.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will endeavour to minimise disruption as far as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst this maintenance work is completed.
