Water – Reports of No Water in DE15 post code

Friday 19th June 2026 – 10:40

We are aware of reports of no water within the DE15 post code which may be impacting customers in the Drakelow area. Our Operations Team are investigating at the moment and we will provide updates here as we learn more information. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Updated 12:30

We are pleased to confirm that water is flowing again in the Drakelow area.

As the supply was interrupted, when your water returns it may be discoloured at first, this is normal. If you do experience this, please run the cold water tap nearest to your stopcock (usually in the kitchen) for a few minutes until the water runs clear.

Thank you to all our customers for their information, patience and understanding – it is appreciated.

Notice of Planned Works in PO19 post code

Updated – Thursday 18th June 2026

We will be completing planned essential works in the Graylingwell Park area throughout week commencing Monday 22nd June 2026. The work will take place each night starting from 11pm and running until 4am.

During this time, you will experience either an intermittent or total interruption to your water supply and your street name will determine your level of interruption.

Intermittent interruption – Lloyd Road, North Mead, Pinewood Way and Graylingwell Drive.

Total interruption – Blomfield Drive, Chalkhill Way, Connolly Way, Daisy Meadow, Homestead Road, Kingsmead Avenue, Longley Road, Palmers Field Avenue, Penny Acre, South Meadow and Upper Mills Mews.

To prepare for this temporary interruption, we recommend filling any kettles, jugs or containers you may need in advance.  As the supply is being interrupted, when your water returns it may be discoloured or you may experience air in the pipes – this is normal. If you do experience this, please run the cold water tap nearest to your stopcock (usually in the kitchen) for a few minutes until the water runs clear.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we will endeavour to minimise disruption as much as possible.  We expect works to be fully completed by 4am on the morning of Thursday 25th June 2026.  We would like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding whilst we continue this essential maintenance work.
